well yes, i raced a RHD R33 in my NA GC8 during qualifiers... it went like this... we both launched hard and jumped... but after the 60' he was gone! oh well, no footage of the race... i ended up winning 3rd in the bracket. i was the only subie racing, a euro rally school had an RS on display, and i saw a WRX in the parking lot... my review and more pictures can be found on my site... www.jadecrew.com (http://www.jadecrew.com)

1. Saturns with body kits and honda intakes should not be legal.
2. 20 inch wheels do not belong on a BMW Z3.
3. cars should never be lowered to the point they are sitting on the ground.
4. Subaru's shouldn't be painted the color of a nut.
5. They should change the name of the store to RicingZone

Shop smart, shop S-Mart, thank your change is 98¢, please come again.

just wanted to correct you on a few comments you made...

2. that BMW is a Zeemax MRoadster on 19" Breyton Magic Racing Wheels... i doubt you could afford either the car or the wheels. aren't most modified beemers sitting on 19s? all the high peformance ones i know are... especially the hartge v8 3 series.

4. my subaru is not painted the color of a nut... more like the sky... sorry if the color doesn't come out properly in pictures, but look under my name and you'll know its true color.

5. Ricing Zone? that's sOo repetitive... think of a new word please? as far as i know, Racing Zone is an authorized dealer for such companies as GReddy, Injen, DAZZ Motorsports, and more...

on a lighter note... that R33 was stock running 13.6 in the 1/4.

I saw a R32 GTR owner pull up next to a police car here the other day and give him a rev or two. He even gave him a little gas, brake, gas, brake action to see if he would at least consider it. Funniest thing I'd seen in a while. I don't mess with the GTR's at the races. Its too much of a crap shoot with them. You never know who is stock and who is one of the 600+hp club.

Sorry, but that bimmer owner looks like they're more interested in show than go. Granted, M cars have quite a bit of go to begin with, but his mods will make that car slower than it was stock(most performance oriented people try to go the other way around). He's got a chrome oil cap and a painted valve cover listed as his engine mods. The only thing that could possibly add any power is his "prototype intake". Which if not properly designed could actually rob power. Even if it was designed well it won't gain much on an OBDII bimmer. Certainly not enough to make up for those monster 19's. Most BMW owners who know what they are doing and are interested in going fast are running on 17's or 18's max. You're right, those breytons are expensive. They're also damn heavy. He should have saved some money and gotten some lightweight SSR wheels from tire rack where I assume he got the heavy ass breytons. Going off that list of mucho weight adding mods and little power adding ones, that car is deffidently slower than it was in stock form.

dont get me wrong now, i'm just sticking up for my friend because he's apart of my crew and i like his car. but his intention with the car was not to make it fast... but a really nice show car. oh he knows all the mods that he's done has slowed down his car significantly... because he did dyno the car @ 200 at the wheels... http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/frown.gif but anyhow, like i said, its for show for now... the wheels look real nice, and if he could find a lightweight wheel that looked the same, i'm pretty sure he would have got it, after all he is sponsored by TOYO and Meguiar's... but then again, he himself is not 'lightweight' if you catch my drift.
