Just wanted to give a big thanks to Cerritos Subaru and to John Lee, the Service Advisor.

My warranty is almost up so I took her in to replace my rear brake pads. I dropped off the car at 7am this morning and got a call at around 10am and they said that the pads are covered under warranty. Also, that my battery was reading low and my windshield wipers needed to be replaced. a new battery and new wipers were replaced all covered under warranty!

not sure if it depends on the condition of the wear but Cerritos Subaru resurfaced my rotors as well. When i took my car into Timmon's subaru to replace the front pads they did not resurface my rotors and i thought the rotors were worn pretty bad since it had a lip on the edge. i'm not trying to bash any dealers etc. and again i'm not sure if it depends on how worn the rotors are before they resurface it. but i got the impression that timmons just replaced the pads and sent my car on it's way...no biggie since it was covered under warranty.

again a big thanks to Cerritos Subaru and John Lee for taking care of me.
and my braking feels great!

I just bought my car from this guy David Chon. Good guy. I'd give him a high rating if it weren't for his carelessness or a very mild attempt at bait-n-switch, depending on how you look at it. He "forgot" to let me know that there's a dealership delivery charge since a car I wanted was coming from another dealership ($500 in addition to the quote price, excl. tax and reg). Then continued to inform me that the selected ones on the lot are for that quote price. Other than that, the finance lady I thought was very suspiciously shady. She "managed" to make a typo on the sales paperwork so my car's $300 more than the negotiated price. The cleaning crew also did a very poor job at detailing the car, but for the amount of time I gave them, I guess it can be tolerated (roughly 1.5 to 2 hour).

Well, I just went back the other day to check out their service department, but that place has been turned into a Hyundai dealership. WTF?!
