Hey I'm running into a intermittent no start with my 2002 WRX, it is to the point that it will not start at all now.

If I bump start the car, everything is hunky dory....

When the key is turned to the start position the nothing happens, no clicking, and doesn't turn over.

I disabled my alarm/remote start

Getting voltage down threw the ignition connector (blue 4 pin connector)

I thought it was the starter, so I tested the yellow wire grounded to the battery and got 0.00 volts.

Its 4AM and I gave up for the night, left the car torn apart in the garage.

What should I check next to figure out why I'm not getting voltage to the starter solenoid???

Also can I take a jumper lead and go from the battery to the yellow wire to test if thats the issue??

how I plan on doing it tomorrow morning,

Jumper lead from + battery terminal, turn ignition to "ON/RUN" (where it is if you are bump starting the car) run to the yellow wire and tap and see if the car starts? Please let me know if this is a horrible idea.

Check the starter interlock switch on the clutch pedal. Make sure the contacts are closing (check with an ohmeter), try bypassing the switch temporarily with a jumper to see if the car then starts. The switch may be shot or out of adjustment, sometimes it's as simple as the floor mat getting caught under the pedal preventing it from going down all the way and activating the switch.
Note there are two switches on the clutch pedal linkage, one for the starter and one for cruise (disengages cruise when pedal is pressed), make sure you're looking at the right one.
Since you mentioned a remote start I'd look at the wiring for that as well, something may have failed or become disconnected.
