I really have no use for this anymore so instead of letting it collect dust in storage I figured i'd throw it up here and see if I can make someone elses life a little better

STILL HAS THE PLASTIC PROTECTIVE SHIELD OVER THE TOP!!! THAT'S WHY IT LOOKS SCRATCHED!!

Has a 2500 hour bulb of which maybe 400 are used.

I also have a Panasonic 6 disc DVD surround sound system with 5 speakers + sub with 2 speaker stands and Remote (missing battery cover). It plays DVD's, CD's, MP3's and Radio.

Does this thing have VGA inputs ?

Could you use it in place of a computer monitor ?
If so, what sort of resolution can it do ? 1024 x 760 or so ?

the xl8u native resolution is 1024x768 and im pretty sure it has vga
