Whats up locals,


This is Sterling over here at RallySport Direct. Lately we have been collecting a library of High Definition videos of exhaust systems. We hope to build up a library of consistent data to help future customers with hearing and seeing what a particular exhaust sounds like. We hope that this can benefit everyone in the future by having a constant database. Here is a example of what we have done so far. http://www.youtube.com/rallysportdirect


We have run into a small bump in our plan, and this is where you guys come in. We have a list of exhaust systems that still need to have video clips of them taken. We are looking for clean cars with the list of the following systems installed. What we need is about a 30-45 minutes of you and your car's time. We are willing to reimburse you for your time with a on the spot 25.00 gift voucher, as well as a nifty rallysportdirect.com license plate frame.

I think they just need the clips of the exhausts mentioned because that's what they sell

No. Ive already done this for them. They need you to drive down to the shop so they can drive the car and film the exhaust clips etc. its an easy $25

I'll help out RSD if they will give locals a way better hook up....I understand marketing and know the potential value of these videos. I'm just saying. That being said I need to order bushings ;)

They are doing just fine i think. Videos, a part of marketing, help promote or to further increase visibility and sales. Sooo i think thats why they are doing it. And like he said in the beginning it helps potential customers/customers with purchasing decisions.

I wasn't asking them to give locals 50% off or anything, maybe free shipping or something a bit better because of the fact we are local. Beside Dragicon, you live in CO anyway.

yeah, I should get rid of my drl's for sure, and the gauge wires are pretty clean honestly. I dont even notice them when I drive the car.

And Shane, I LOVE this exhaust compared to my last one.

Lets see... I've made 13 videos so far.. Thats tough which ones my favorite, It all really depends on the year of car and how much work was put into it.. I think visually the 08 Blitz Nur Spec really looks good but I really like the hard work and innovativeness Phil has put into his 08 N1.. You car is sweet too because it has heart and hardwork put in and I can tell.. I can safely say all you guys successfully made me think less of my own car.. lol jk jk

I have a Greddy EVO2 Exhaust on my 02 WRX. But the gasket just started to leak on the exhaust. help me track down a new one. i would be totally down with you recording it.

Do you still need TXS for a 2002 WRX? I currently have their TBE with stock muffler and a gutted TXS cat. In a week or so I will be swapping to a TXS Ti muffler, and I may be having a Magnaflow HM cat welded into my DP as well as possibly replacing the gutted cat with a real TXS cat to clear emissions (all at the same time). Let me know if I can help. I could use some mud flaps.
