While im trying to datalog my AP keeps disconnecting at like 3200 rpm saying "communication lost" or whatever. I have changed the usb cable and still does it. It used to do it once in awhile but not consistantly everytime. Any ideas? let me know it would be much appreciated.

Sounds like you are having a power glitch to your OBD port. I couldn't even begin to speculate the cause, but maybe someone will come along who can. Good luck.

Never heard of this happening. Your best bet is to call Cobb. They have really good customer service as I've heard. Might be a bug in your AP that they would replace, but this isn't normal for it to just disconnect.

i had a similar issue with disconnecting from Access Tuner, turns out i needed a shielded usb cable, i just used the one from my camera, it has to have the little barrel around the wire. you will know it when you see it. they also sell them at radio shack.

^ +1...worked like a charm for me. They are called EMI Ferrites, and are available at RadioShack. Subies are known to have very noisy electrical systems especially at WOT.
Edit: Sorry fellas, RadioShack has them called out as Snap Choke Cores. http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3012599
