Hey guys, I'm running a rotated setup on my 04 sti, Im currently running 20psi and running 310whp Ive talked to a few shops and there wondering why im not making more power..

turbo up& down & wastegate are Power enterprise TCW76 Not sure if housing is the stock one or not..

Right now im making full boost at 5200rpm compression is a tad low 120 all around. stock headers and hks 3' TBE

From what my shop learnt from the japs .. (they called them for more specs on the turbo) the jap said this turbo starts getting hungry *around 25psi* And isnt impressive anything under that..

Anyways i was wondering how tough the stock sleeves really are?

Im already planning on doing pistons & rods i was wondering if the sleeves were really needed.. I also figured why not do them since the block will be open.. But its alot of money & time (shippin block to usa ect) for something that i MIGHT not need..

Id like to make around 450whp.. I do plan on occasionally lapping & will have a second map for street use. mayb300whp

I know theres guys out there making 500whp on fully stock blocks but you have to question how long this will last..

Since were here feel free to suggest any other engine upgrades that youve heard good things about or have used in the past.

This will be my summer DD so hopefully i can come to a perfect mixture of power & funcionality

Im no pro but have been doing quite a bit of research over this past while.. Feel free to comment and suggest or whatever!

Thanks.
