can anyone get me some specs on this engine and a suggested retail value?

also, is it possible, and if so, where can i find a turbo to bolt onto this engine??

I guess that its worth about $1500 depending on what's included, mileage, etc. Check the private classified with a search to get what they have been going for.
The specs are 165 bhp and 166 lbft torque. For more details see the technical forums.
There are a bunch of turbos available but the key to success is tuning with electronics. For an abundant amount of info see the aftermarket forced induction forum.

What do you mean by "Big Block"? I don't understand.

Do you perhaps mean long block?
