I would like to know if anybody has ordered parts from vividracing, because I might order parts from them, but over the internet is a little dangerous, I already asked the people from Blitz and they said vivid is not an authorized blitz dealer, so I have my doubts. Please, appreciate your help on this...

I know its always the first response... but try doing a search. Also check out the various vendor forums... never ordered from them so I can't tell you. But do check out the various vendor forums, even just read thru threads that vivid started to see how they handle themselves and see any problems that arose. :)

I've ordered wheels from Vivid and put the purchase on my AMEX card. I got an invoice about 10 days later and it all checked out. You can probably call in your order if you feel uncomfortable.

As for service, I was satisfied. My order seemed to be jinxed as it was coming from the UK and arrived 3 weeks late. It was tough to get an idea of when it would be arriving, but Dan tried, and his staff were willing to help. For my next order, I'll add in a little buffer for the arrival date, but other than that I think they'll see more of my bussiness.

Note that their prices are usually on the high side since they ae such a high profile shop and have such a vast inventory. With some seaching you can probably find better prices, but you may walk into some trouble with orders and shipping.

my simple advise thru bad experiences is if you order through the internet make sure there is a phone number you can call to speak with a real person when your order doesn't show.

i got my GFB Bov and my sti hood scoop from them....

and i didn't have any problems...

I ordered a wagon waist spoiler through Vivid. I received it in a reasonable amount of time, and was pretty pleased.

I'm also trying to convince them to sponsor me for autocrossing, but I am as yet unsuccessful. :D

Appreciate it guys, is a big help, because I forgot to tell you that the main reason I asked was because I'm in Panama city, Panama right now, and have to take all the precautions possible.

I got my order with no problems. Great people to deal with.

I've ordered STi Fog Light covers and they arrived really fast. Price was good too.

I'm currently dealing with them. I've run into some problems, but after a couple of weeks of communication with them, I think its been resolved. We shall see in about a week when my orders finally arrive.
Hopefully everything in the box will be right items. I'm also expecting a refund on the return shipping cost.

I've heard good things, and a few bad things as well regarding parts in stock. If you want to be safe, use a credit card on which you can dispute charges.
