In my car, even after periods of time, I still feel heat/cool air coming out of my vents. The dial is on 0, and the temp. is turned all the way to hot/cold. I don't think this is normal and don't enjoy turning the temp knob to the center everytime I shut the fans off.

If you are saying that some air flows out of the vents when you are driving, that is normal even without the fan on. There is some "ram" effect at the base of the windshield so you're going to get some air.

Even Heat?

yep... u'd need to turn it off the dash vents to the windshield or the floor if you want it to stop blowing on ya... a little annoying but I got over it.

Push the lever to recirculate (i.e. to the right).

Turn the temp down on the knob. You will still get heat comming through when the fan is turned off.
