hi,

kind of new here, about to buy an 02 wrx pretty soon, within a week or two.

I think that I am going to need a little more clearance. I will only be driving on dirt roads in the desert, but my problem is the roads sometimes have really tall berms in the center. the roads are not rough but I think that an inch or 2 would really help. Is there an aftermarket suspension that I can throw on that will raise the car up a little, or better be adjustable (like the audi 3 position suspension). I also plan on getting all the protective skid plates that I can find.

How does the adjustable height suspesion deal with alignment?

thanks if anyone has any suggestions.

most of the customizable coilovers can be adjusted higher than stock...

based on what some of the various rally'rs on here use.. I'd recommend going with the DMS 50 Rally coilovers... or if you have to settle for something a little less pricey.. the DMS 40's.

It depends on a couple of things:

- your budget

- the percentage of time you'll spend driving in conditions requiring a lift

If you have a small budget, and will spend most of your time driving the car on said roads, get a Scorpion lift kit, otherwise Rebellion's suggestion is the one to go with.
