They really need to be slapped for those damn new headlights.

I read somewhere that they said that they didn't want the car to "frown". So what about what "they" want. We're the customers. Give us what WE want. And WE want cool headlights.

Also, somewhere I read that their market research indicated that consumers wanted round headlights. Hmmm..........let's see...the survey must have been multiple choice or something.

Probably like this:

OK...I'll stop ranting now.

But don't tell me that were lucky to get the great new turbo and all, 'cause they still could have put good headlights on it.

if all you care about when buying a car is looks then dont get the WRX(i actually like how it looks). if you care about price and performance then get a WRX. i think the looks are a good diterance for people who just buy the car because it looks good. this way real subaru fans will unite in one comman goal. whatever it may be.

Not to start a flame war...but I had a guy with a red TT (the good one...with 225 and AWD), tell me how much he respected my Rex. And he comented on how nice he thought the front end looked. I think that we (people who really dug the old look) are the only one's that hate the new look. In general I don't think regular people mind new look; in fact they may like it. I like both the old and new.

Don't like it, don't buy it. Shhhhhweet and simple.

I really like the new headlights. So much so that I went out and bought a 2002 RS.
