Just test-drove and signed the papers on a WRB WRX wagon last night. Did 99% of the negotiating over the phone with Desiree (the owner) Monday and Tuesday, so all the time actually spent at the dealership was taking care of formalities. Got what I consider an excellent price (no, it was not below dealer invoice), and they are installing my STI suspension. They even gave me a Lexus SC 400 (albeit a 1992) for a loaner until they deliver my wagon tomorrow or Friday. They have THE friendliest dealership I've ever been to in my life. Desiree and Jeremy were great, and no attempts to push extended warranties, paint protection, etc., at the close. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a Subaru!

Just took delivery at my office this afternoon. The car looks awesome. All of my stock suspension parts were in the back as promised. I already know this is going to be the longest 1000 miles I've ever driven. Once again, two thumbs up for Irvine Subaru!:D

Thank you very much.

This is Ryan. I co-ordinated your suspension with Desiree. If there is anything else we can do for you or questions we can answer please don't hesitate to pick up the phone.

Yes they do. I drove 50 some miles to get my WRX on Thurday. I wanted to ask them what modifications MAINTAIN the factory warranty.

Is it OK to put a cat-back exhaust on? Also, would you guys be able to install my turbo timer and 3 gauges on the A-piller?

I second their sales/service. It was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. It's also the first time I've KEPT the dealer plates on while awaiting my real plates!!

Thanks Desiree/Ryan/Jeremy. You have a VERY satisfied customer!

I went to Irvine first! Wish I woulda bought my WRX there...but they were trying to stiff me on the price at the time. They wouldn't go below MSRP. Oh well. Both our losses :\

Hmm, that's weird. I went to a car website and they referred me to Desiree (Fleet Manager and Owner). I think it really helped that I was dealing with the owner. Everyone at the dealership (that I talked to) seemed to be like a family--not just fly-by-night salesman looking for a buck.

To each his own, I guess...

Hey more SD peoples :)

I bought my RS from Desiree a few months back. It was a very nice dealership to work with and enjoyed the transaction. Definately worth the drive.
