Haha, you know my oppinion of it all Jamie...Carlos Sainz owns everyone in the WRC. Never has a driver been more consistant. Even in a crappy car like the focus which McRae cant get past stage one with, Carlos gets the podium...hmmm....Carlos, you da man!!

Anyway, after burns started talking smack about being better then McRae and the best driver from GB, and how much more skills he had over McRae. I lost all respect for him. Sorry, McRae is 3 times the driver he is...3 time more, by the three world titles McRae has, that Burns doesnt. So reguardless of what car Burns drives, i have no respect for him. And to that end, i think he did alot better job driving for mitsubishi as a number two driver, and i think McRae was stupid for leaving Subaru.

I have a tremendous amount of respect for any and all of the WRC Drivers. Maneuvering a WRC car that quickly and through those conditions is not driving...it's an artform. http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/wink.gif

Buck-O...I'd have to agree with just about all of your statements. I do wish that McRae did go back to Subaru and put Burns in the old school Mitsubishi and let him re-size his ego.

I do understand that he'll need some time to get used to the new car, but don't brag about your ability when you can't master your equipment.

Yeah burns stuffed it, but not quite as bad as Tommy did.

dont worry it will be on again at 11pm mountain and i believe 10 pm pacific.

i am from england myself, and it is great to see rally racing slowly starting to grow in the U.S.

If you have a VCR tape it and show it to you Nascar friends. Dont get me wrong I love NASCAR, but the more we can get on Rally racing the more events we will get out here.

Also the more that Speedvision hears, about how folks enjoy Rally racing the more they will air. Let me know if you want me to get their email addy and send your letters in.

Damn it I missed 90% of it. I caught it at around 9:30 but changed it during a commercial and forgot it was on until ten of.
That is why I like that Speedvision re-runs it's programming in the middle of the night. So since it was on at 9pm It will air at 1am.

mcrea is such a good driver he won 6 stages in a row after his f up. i think he is a great driver.

and i like sainze and the focus, i dont know why it gets dissed so badly.

the subie rules, but it aint doing all that great so far. the drivers always seem to f up somehow. soldberg seems to be doing better then burns though...

Good race, but i would have love to seen burns drive a bit better on the stage he stuffed his car on. Other than that stage he did well. Hey at least we got into the points...

<FONT face="Tahoma">Rally Sweded is on Speedvision tonight at 9pm-10pm EST. I love the 1 hour shows...much better than the half hours like last year. Only one bad thing, how am I gonna tape them all when I'm not home on New Years Day 2002?? Guess I'll have to have a party at my house!!
