Its seems this forum is going to be run as a quasi dictatorship ! i think moderators who delete threads are bad - - - I say delete or edit individual posts or lock the thread - - but to delete a thread is just plain dirty pool and frankly its a waste of my time to post anything here if later some abnoxious person can make a bad post and get the entire thread deleted

It's possible that it was just moved to the moderator forum, rather than just deleted. :rolleyes:

But yeah, this forum has a general underlying theme of ego/attitude/balls/whatever... where's the sense in overmoderation here.

if i was the mod, i'd just delete the inappropriate item in question and lock the thread.

if you ask nicely, maybe ryan will bring the thread back. or why don't you just start it up again? i think his whole point is...don't be dumb. one guy posts something about someone's mom, and someone else posts something about sodimizing their car, then the next thing you know, people are threating each other with physical violence and such. i think it's just his way of trying to get people to grow up. i don't know.

Dunno. He must be searching the forum to accuse someone of running dangerously lean and rigging the timing lights at the drag strip. :D

All I said was "Sorry mom" when ryaneatworld told everybody to grow up. If it went south from there, not my problem.
