If I wanted to run morrette headlight conversion, cibie lights in stock location plus some hella 500's in the lower grill................

could the stock alternator handle it?

here is the battery question........can you take two lightweight dynabatt batteries and wire them up, so that the stock alternator can handle it? does the battery even matter?
are there stronger alternators out there for the RS?

Battery doesn;t matter. once you start your car, the battery pretty much switches off and the alternator runs the show. :)

okay, well I thought that was the case with the battery. now, I basically want to know if the alternator is strong enough to handle higher wattage headlight harness/bulb or morettes with cibie's, and hella 500's. I know it is alot of lights, but I need it up here in the wilderness because it gets pitch black at night.
