APC should have something...I think the 2.2 & 2.5 gauges will fit, I could be wrong though. I do know that the 2.2 gauge goes up to 140mph on a 96.

i don't think they exist...the weirdo 140mph speedo originated in the legacy, and was kind of sprinkled randomly about in imprezas from 93-96 from what i've seen.

most other imprezas have the 120mph gauges, which is what the indiglos are made for. RS gauges are completely different and won't fit, unless you want to swap a whole cluster. i was looking at a set of indiglos, simply because i like white faced gauges better, and then find some kind of way to light them normally, since i'm not down with the 'glo, but the whole 120mph "standard" speedo thing prevented it.
