a friend of mine is looking to buy some off road parts for his 85 GL Wagon, and I told him I'd check here to see if anyone has any leads. here's what he's basically looking for:

me: what are you looking for? rims/tires? suspension?

him : yes, and bumpers... and maybe some water/dust skins for carburation, and toothed pulleys... but mostly suspension, bumpers, and skidplates... I can probably get rims and tires anywhere...

Yes, I would like to know about that as well. At the Northwest Subie meet last August there were lots of old school Subie owners there and they had a wealth of info, wish I kept in touch with them to find out the skinny on the goods.
