I had an OEM boost gauge on my steering column that I installed. However, the mechanics inside the gauge were a bit off, the needle rested at around -.5 instead of 0. The needle seemed to move smoothly and correctly, but only .5 off the actual. So I got a GReddy elec. boost gauge and the readings I got with that gauge were exactly .5 greater than the OEM one. Not sure if this is good or bad for the gauge, but I opened up the OEM one, sort of just played around with the stuff inside until the needle rested at 0, and everything seems to be working fine for now. I only did a couple tests with it and I only did it today, so I'm not sure if it will lose accuracy or not over time. Anyone else try this?
