My friend is trying to start a buisness and signed up for a wholesale account with them. Well he ordered parts from them for his customers, but they never delievered, made excuses, etc... Now he has cancelled his account and is trying to get his customers money back. Of course they are being d***s and giving him the run around. Are they having problems or do they just not like my friend?

JC,
Your friend should be calling me. I like everybody & help everybody to the best
of my ability. I remember what it was like being new to this business.
If he has enquired about parts that I have to contact out of country suppliers that takes time. If he has placed an order with me
the parts have been ordered, if he has cancelled an order than his refund was issued.
I would like to talk to your friend so we can straighten any misunderstanding out.
Pam

Why is it that people can solve these issues on their own. Why is this board becoming a slaughter house. It seems that half the time it is a mis comunication or mis understanding that is resolved in a quick 'Call me' response... It's like people don't know how to comunicate outside of e-mail and bbs's.. What's the deal?

because if a company's name has the possibility of being tarneshed, and them losing potential customers, they'll be quicker to respond.

Think about it, on a BB full of Subaru owners, if a company's name is mentioned in a negative way, more people may see it, and the company could lose more business. To save face, they'd reply quicker, and claim "communication" problems, to keep the cash flow rolling.

I dunno why others have had problems with iSR. My experiences with them have been just peachy.

Now if I could only get Pam to move the shop closer to Los Angeles... ;)

Exactly, what Jewbaru said. Notice how fast Pam responded.
