Okay get this. I ordered some Borla headers and catback exhaust from SPOmotersports, all 3day shipping. I got the exhaust two weeks ago on wed. But no header. I called Scott at SPO and he tells me that there was a problem with the welds on the header and a whole batch was rejected. So I'm like, Okay no biggie it out of there control. He tells me they should ship out on Fri and I'll have them monday. Come monday, no header. I called SPO back and to get the tracking # and find out what's going on. They tell me they may not have shipped. So I wait and wait. I don't hear back from SPO so a week later, this last monday I call again and they say they will ship this Friday. Then wed I get a call from Karra\SPO she tells me that was all wrong she got the tracking # and they were delivered the day before and asked how I liked them, YYaaa right. Someone stole my headers. They were signed for on Thursday. NNNNNOOOOOoooooooooo. So if you signed for them please give them back, please.

Not to bash SPO, I know most of you like them, but I'm not going through them again. I've called and left messages with no return call for two days. The level of organization and customer service just sucked. I was told different things each time I called. I still don't have a tracking #. I know getting the header is out of there control but they never once volunteered to call me and when I called they knew little or nothing about what was going on. They are picking up the shipping on the headers though(3day). So I wait.
Okay I feel better now.
comments, anyone ells haveing problems getting their Borla Headers?

You should not be responsible. It is up to the shipper to deliver these to you. The fact that someone else signed is not your fault. Demand that they cover it. Also, if you payed by CC, they should cover it. Call and ask! Don't just lay down!

Wow. That sucks. SPO really isn't responsible in this case. Call UPS, or whoever delivered the package and find out who signed for it. Even if they signed your name, it isn't your signature. I don't know if the shipping company will cover the loss (probably not, unless you paid for insurance), but if you payed with a credit-card, you may have automatic coverage. Just tell your credit-card company that you never received the shipment and they will do the detective work. Good luck!

Sucks about your headers being stolen...but how would someone know you ordered headers to sign for it and steal it?

Okay guys get this. When I thought SPO couldn't f&*# this up any more BLAM. I talked to SPO and they screwed up again. The tracking # that they thought was for my headers was acualy for my catback and exhaust. That I did get two weeks ago. They lied saying it was signed for on Tues, it was two weeks ago. But I am glad to say that my headers are ariveing tommarrow. SPO or Borla is picking up the shipping and drop ship fee.$75+ OOOoo ya. I still haven't got the tracking # for my headers though. SPO said they would call me back with it today after I taked to them 9 hours ago.
I'll let you all know on monday how the whole Borla system sounds.

Brat we should get together some time and I'll let you hear the Headers.

Geez, What a bunch of undue stress. Glad to hear everything is okay!

When someone tells you something has shipped, the next question out of your mouth should be "What's the tracking number?" If they can't give you a tracking number, they're giving you the runaround.

If you have the tracking number, you can track the package yourself through the shipper's website and you would have known that the package they said was delivered was old.

I think SPO did the track for him with the wrong #. Good luck with the headers, man. Bunch of unneeded stress. Id be going insane if I beleived that someone stole about $500-700 (?) worth of stuff from me.

I just want to give my two cents about SPO, everytime Ive ordered from them (SYMS shifter, SYMS strutbraces f/r,clear corners,UOR pulley) Ive got my parts on time with no problems, they handled everything very professional and I will keep ordering from them, also Cobb tuning is very good, just got my intake and stromung last week and I love them the intake just rips.
