Hey all -- we all know the windows in the rear doors can only be lowered about halfway (like all cars made in the past, what, 15 years or so). I'd like to remove that "child safety feature" since I have no need for it whatsoever, and I enjoy driving with all of my windows down.

Has anyone removed their rear door panels (to install speakers, dynamat, etc) and seen how the windows are limited in their travel? Is it a physical bump stop? Does the shape of the door limit it?
