Monday I had the glass installer put in a new windshield, he cracked the new. He installed another today.

I go out, look over the car and it looks good.

I walked over to the driver's side and saw the he had put 2-3 scratches into the paint above the drip rail. http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/mad.gif

I asked him about it...
First he said it was already scratched. BS.
I told him I get into this car several times a day and that scratch wasn't there.

Then he tried to tell me it was glue. BS. I told him to look... here is the paint, here is the primer, here is the bare metal.

There's also a dent in the sunroof.

He said he's send someone out to fix it-- I told him I have the office number and I'll be contacting them. I'd rather have it done myself than let these fruits touch my car again.

I'll also be contacting my insurance agent about them.

Update-
Called the installer and they're going to fix the scratch, repair the dent and replace the trim.

I have a $0 deductable on glass... so I couldn't tell you how much it costs.
