Lets just say they all have decent amount of suspension work. ie: full coilovers and decent tires. -FD RX-7 -S13 240sx -AE86 Just curious... Or at least it should... this debate has gone on for a long time now. Best Motoring did an AWD vs RWD TOUGE BATTLE and the results were a tie. I forget which cars were featured exactly, but i know there was a Rally Spec S15, THE DORI DORI AE86, Stock STi, Race Spec STi, modded S2000, and something else. the AE86 destroyed the stock STi. 2 - 0 and 1 was a split and the AWD's dominated another. Final score 3 - 3. EMPEROR in Initial D dominated everyone with their LANEVO's AWD. (except for Takumi's Hachi Roku, of course) Basically, AWD has a great advantage, but a properly tuned RWD can compete as well (not by drifting every turn like in Initial D) |
