Just something I noticed today while reading the newest issue of Car&Driver. In the back, there's a WRX ad quoting the 5.8 seconds by Car&Driver.
What I don't get is, Car&Driver takes the WRX for a spin for a day (perhaps longer) to write the review and they are able to clock the 0-60 to 5.8 seconds. Yet Subaru, who PRODUCES and DESIGNS the car couldn't get past 6.4 or whatever time they were posting before? Either that or they have some bad drivers testing their cars for them. =D
Maybe they are afraid the general public might not be able to get the 5.8 second time so they don't want to be sued for false advertisement?
