Am I allow to run without mud flaps? I have a 240sx, but am a closet WRC fan. Would it be okay to participate?

Sure you can compete. That would actually be alot of fun having a rear driver there. No you don't need mudflaps to compete.

I love the fact that WRC racing can pull in all sorts of people. You definately do NOT have to own a Subaru to participate in such a fun sport. Sure helps the times though.
