We should decide on a time and a place to meet for the caravan down there.

As I said before, maybe Provo would be good so ppl like stimpy don't have to back track.

Also, has anyone checked about the hotel rooms listed on www.imprezawrx.org (http://www.imprezawrx.org) ? I'm not sure if we're supposed to call ASAP and confirm...

I was thinking about leaving sometime in the early evening on the 2nd. I was going to call on hotel rooms yesterday, but I forgot. I am going to call today at lunch and find out the details on the rooms.

I think leaving on Thursday, afternoon to mid-evening, would be the best thing to do. Get there, get dinner and hit the sack in preparation for the festivities the next two days.

How many rooms should I ask about once I finally get a chance? One or two?

Personally, I have me and 2-3 friends coming.

I reserved my room today. They only have king size beds available, so your final decision will probably depend on how your friends feel about sleeping on the floor/ in the same bed, etc.

Also, I'm staying three nights, and driving back on Sunday (the 5th). I'd like to spend a little more time in Vegas since that's the weekend after I turn 21 http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/biggrin.gif

I was thinking Thursday afternoon as well. If we leave after 3:30 I don't have to skip any classes. Simon from www.imprezawrx.org (http://www.imprezawrx.org) said to call about the hotel ASAP so we can be sure to get a room while they're still available. OK, I feel better now; I just reserved two rooms for the price of one. I told her that we had 3 adults in the room, so she charged us an extra $5/night and gave us a suite with linked rooms. Anybody need a place to stay?? http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/tongue.gif
