Doesn't really matter to me. What times good for you? I was debating whether or not to put on my 17's, but it seems kinda silly to do it for a day since I've got the ice autox the next day. I ordered the passenger side Sparco seat today, I doubt I'll have it in time for Saturday.

What time do you plan on being at JC Sports? I was going to ask you at the autoX to try out your seat but forgot. I'm considering getting a Sparco myself

This is your second notice. The first event of the 2001 Front Range
RallyCross Series will take place at Rainbow Falls Lake in Douglas County on
28 January 2001. The lake is 10 miles North of Woodland Park, CO on Highway
67. Registration and tech are at 8:30 AM with runs commencing about 10:00
AM.

NOTE - For RallyCross Series competitors - This is a PPSCC event. It is
sanctioned and insured by them. It is NOT an SCCA event. We will drive
their event to their rules and class structure and move your run times into
our series scoring system in our classes. For information on PPSCCs
classification structure go to http://ppscc.sports.webjump.com. For
information on the RallyCross Series classification and scoring process go
to http://www.coloradorally.org.

Please see me at the event if you have ANY questions concerning the series.
If you do not have any questions, see me any way to register for the series,
introduce yourself and be sure I got your runtimes right. If you are not

I don't think there's anything that you have to do. We'll all have to register the day of the event. Just bring some ID and money. I'm sure they'll accept checks. If you have an SCCA card, bring that and you'll get $5 off entry fees.

Anyone have a time estimate from Denver? I was figuring on 2.5 hours.

Just go north on I-25 to 104th Ave in Denver. I don't know what exit number it is http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/frown.gif Turn east on 104th and go to Irma Drive. Turn North on Irma, and it is in the industrial park at 107050 Irma Drive, Number 24 at the east end of the Park. You shouldn't have any trouble, it sounds like there is going to be a lot of Subies there. I will not be going to the ice race Sunday. This morning I got a call from Discount telling me my tires are in. So, during my lunch I go there, pay for the tires, watch RE730's go off the car. Then I hear "Mr.Sweat. One of the tires was mis-shipped, the size is 215/55 16 on the one. We'll have the right tire in on Monday."

1 The drive to and from there would suck

2 I've already tried drifting, even doing donuts on the 730's. That sucked even more.

I'm being a wuss and not going to the race. To far away and with the roads being as bad as they are, it'd be even worse.

I didn't think about it till late last night that you could've ridden down with me co-driven my car, oh well. I left at about 6:30am and got there at about 8:45. It was a either a large pond or a small lake, your choice. There were 4 Imprezas (one of which didn't enter), one Legacy turbo wagon, an OBS, and a smattering of older Subies. Including these there were around 40 cars total, a pretty good turn out considering the weather and the Super Bowl. All in all, I think everyone had a great time. And I found out I know a hell of a lot less than I thought I did about driving on ice! But by the last run I don't think I stunk up the place too bad. Next event is Feb 11th, be there!

Mark, I appreciate the offer, but with the road conditions it would have been quite a task to get to Boulder from Ft. Collins. My trip back from JC Sports wasn't exactly a fun one either. The roads got really bad up here around 6pm. I think it's time to start looking for yet another set of rims and some snow tires.
