I don't remember hearing anything about a denver meet. However, it looks like we are on for a Springs meet around the first week of March. Maybe we could put it off for a bit and hit the Subaru dealer 'en masse' when the Rex finally gets stateside.

If you are thinking about running autocross this summer, these winter series events are the best place to get some practice. They don't really count for anything and everyone is much more relaxed. You'll find a lot more people willing to give rides at winter events.

Don't forget, there's an ice autox this Sunday at Rainbow Falls outside of Woodland Park. You guys missed the show the 4 jeeps put on. Mega-hp and roostertails and noise! The fastest car went a 55, the fastest jeep did a 46. Apples and oranges I know. They're also a little too hairy for that little pond we play on.

I think I'm with Larry on this one. Maybe it has to do with my opinion of the female population down here. Colorado Springs has, per capita, the largest number of ugly women. (zzziiiip - the Dizman dons his flamesuit) Old Colorado City sounds good. We are just a minute or so off the ramp to 24 and a cruise up to the mountains.

We could go up Colorado 67 North thru Deckers up to US-285. * Take 470 east to I25 south
* I25 will take you all the way to the Springs
* Take the 'Garden of the Gods Road' exit.
* Go west (right)
