The only critical things you touch for install are you ignition near the ignition switch and the RPM line to the ECU for an auto timer mode. I'm going to guess you have the blitz TT which has an auto timer. If that's the case, then I would guess you mangled the RPM line to the ECU. I would re-check how you put it all back together, esp. to the ECU.

i just unplugged some plugs. i have no clue on the installation of a turbo timer. i though by reading the instructions i could do it but i couldnt so im gonna have a shop do it. should i just go to the dealer and have them check out the problem?

I wouldn't go to a dealer about this. Who knows what they'll accuse you of  . Get it installed at the shop.
I was going to say to try this after you get it installed at the shop, but it can't hurt to try it now. Reset your codes by unbolting the negative line from your battery. Step on the breaks for 15 seconds. Wait a few minutes. Put the negative back on the battery. This generally gets rid of non-recurring CELs.
If the CEL and symptoms return try it again after the shop installs. If the symptoms are still around after that, go to the dealer or come back to us ;)
