Lansdowne staff wouldnt allow us to meet at their parking lot so this is our new location for now. Please be promt. We have a few things to discuss and stuff for ppl to fill out.

Hey Darren,

Official policy:
We have closed it to the public. Members of the WCRA, UBC, and VCMC are
officially invited. However, membership to UBC is only $15. So it works out
that if others want to run that day it's $35, instead of the $20 for members.
So anyone willing to be a member is invited! But let me know early (email
here) if you are coming because there will be a limited number of spaces.

We plan to start it at around 10 or 10:30, so that means you have to be there
8:30-9:30 some time. There is a possibility of joining later in the day, but
I haven't discussed this with the other organizers. I figure you'll pay the
same price and get fewer runs. Ask me again later in the week if I forget to
get back to you on that one.

Hope to see you there. Oh, can you forward this info to Pat? I think I may
have given him the different information on how it's supposed to go with the
club membership.

No, the meet is still on at 1:30 in QE. If people are interested in running the auto-x, I'll have to let them know how many people want to run. Also, if we do want to run, we'll have to join the UBCSCC club! Unless you are already a member of the UBCSCC, VCMC, and something else -- look for it in the email. Since it's a closed club event from UBCSCC/VCMC. I'm not quite sure if they allow to join in the afternoon. For those who want to autox, better check with UBCSCC/VCMC directly.
For the regular novice/regional events, registeration close at around 9:30. Anyone come in after that time, sorry!

My car got smashed last night. I don't know if I can make it to the meet with my car fixed. I just don't believe this. I can't even park my car infront of my house now? I really really really really don't want to go to the meet twice with "marks" on my car. WHAT HAVE I DONE TO DESERVE THIS.
