Anyone has a car with spoiler removed? if so, what did you use to plug the holes? I want to use a panel trim retainers from Autozone w/ silicone to plug holes. Any other idea?

i was going to do this, but i ended up trading trunks with someone. paint match was perfect.

before i did the swap i bought some touch up paint and plastic hole plugs at the hardware store to fill the holes. it was temporary, not sure what you are looking for but there's one idea...:alien:

Where did you buy plastic plug holes for 1" hole? at the hardware store?

well best way is to try to swap trunks lid with a wingless lid
#2 is to weld the holes shut and do some painting etc.
#3 is to use a fiberglass resin to put on the inside of the lid and use a body filler on top and paint etc but mind you it wont take a good beating
#4 find the plug's
#5 use some black silicone to fill them in
and last but not least just put the wing back on....

Depending on where you live, what spoiler you had, if you still have it, and how much money you want for the difference. My trunk doesn't have a spoiler, and I was planning on adding one. If its not a massive distance or difference in paint maybe we could trade?
