You can try tiretrends.com
has some good pricing
Hit it bender at ok tires on marine drive
He could hook you up.

south canada on hastings and commercial. make this the last place u go to because it's possible to haggle the price if u have proof others are selling for less.
Now one thing to note, is that don't cheap out on tires by going to lower quality, unless you just use your car as a commuter vehicle - you will regret it, as usually these tires last a lot longer, but because of the lower quality, you just wouldn't enjoy it.

the place looks a little scary but i've done business there several times for the last 5 years or since since they opened up. u will be dealing with his wife most likely, but he will have the final say if there is good old chinese haggling involved. :)
he dosen't get good pricing on all brands so try to keep a few options open. for example i got better pricing on my re950's from tiretrends than from SC.
again, as others have already mentioned earlier, tiretrends and bender are good places to start first. if south canada can't do better, either one would be a good bet.
