Hi,
there will be a "Driver Training" thing
at Mission with the in-class on March 11 (or is it 12?) and in-car the next weekend.
I registered. It is like $300 and you get a class and a day's worth of in-car instruction at mission.
I've never raced on a track before so it should be fun. You don't need any gear except a helmet, I think.
Call COMPTECH at 872-5626 and ask about "Driver Training". You get a road racing novice license if you pass.

darn pat, i think that will be too soon, is there any in april/may?? itll take some time for us to co-ordinate something for all us subby's!

I think what Patrick mentioned about is the same course that will be held on this weekend. There should be one at the end of April too. I will ask my friends for the date that they will have driving school there.
you use your own car. Any course where you use someone else's car will be a lot more expensive.
it is 2 weeks away, I suggest to anyone to go as it is a good deal.

I was on the phone with Gary, and he mentioned something about auto-x or rally thing for the RS owners. Anyway, everything is going to be already organized or something. Tell u guys more when I find out.
