I noticed that Fuji Heavy has recently filed patent applications in both the US and Europe (that means they're serious). It's for a truck cargo bed system, so I'm guessing that means they're working on the Baja. It allows one to insert cross bars across the bed and I assume they'll be used similiar to the way that crossbars are used on the tops of wagons (to support bikes, canoes, etc.)
