I want to gauge an interest of who would be interested in buying my Dell Inspiron 8100 Laptop. It was used very lightly throughout the year and most of the time it's just sitting in my room with no activities. I will include the docking station w/a monitor stand. All are in black color including the laptop. Here are some of the major specs of the laptop:

- Intel P3 1GHz
- 15" UXGA screen
- 512MB RAM
- 40GB Hard Drive
- CD-RW
- DVD (removable)
- Floppy (removable)
- 32MB graphic adapter
- 56K internal modem
- Infrared
- Network port
- Came with Window ME (currently XP is installed)
- Bundle software (others - it can be work out)

Extra battery, extra power cord, and wood pattern palm rests (silver shown).

You can find more information from Dell at www.dell.com and search for Dell Inspiron 8100. The next of kin to this model is the Inspiron 8200.

I just check Dell Website and a refurbish system with the same specs is selling for $1699 not including the docking station and the extras I mentioned. The docking station/monitor stand for this laptop cost me around $200 alone.

I want to get an idea who will be interested locally. I don't really want to pack and ship these outs.

I want to sell everything for $1100. Any takers?

I'm interested as my laptop just died on my last trip.

I am incredibly intersted. I was actually looking at purchasing a Dell over the holidays for myself, but decided to spend money elsewhere. I am in great nead of a computer as I gave my Dell to my sister for college. So if the other guys back out, or no one has really said this, but I will take Dibs. peace ~Erick
oh also pm'd ya.

Dibs is like calling for the item you want to buy. I know I was curious myself when I got on this forum.

As far as I know, RoundtheBend got the first dibs and snwbrder206 got second.

And the lucky winning buyer was RoundtheBend.... Thanks man. Just let me know if you have any questions about the laptop.

Thanks. It's nice to have a laptop again... now I can use it for T-Bird. :)
