You guys. I dynoed my car at XS engineering. 225.5 hp @ 6663 rpm. 273.1 lb-ft @ 3194. Wow. I didn't know my car was producing so much power.

Performance mods are as follows:
-Boost controller set at max 16lbs (stock turbo)
-HKS exhaust (which i recently got a ticket for)
-M2 Uppipe
-NGK iridium plugs (colder)
-Apex fuel controller (dyno tuned by XS Engineering)
-Blow off valve

By the way. These numbers are to the wheels so I wonder how much I'm getting at the crank. Anyone know?

nice, that is some sick torque for those mods

Are you sure that you typed the torque # in correctly? Do you have any charts?

That torque # is way wrong. ;)

yea, with that much torque, I would expect 300+ horsepower to the wheels... perhaps it should read 237 torque? No flaming intended...

There is no additional fueling and no turbo swap. So you can boost the crap out of it in the midrange and need to taper it off up top. Numbers sound reasonable to me.

Ditto, the highest I've seen (and I've seen a LOT) on the stock turbo is mid 240awtq. I simply don't believe 270. There must be an error somewhere.

Post the chart. What gear was this in, 1st?

also u get ur peak HP closer to redline than ive seen anywhere else for stock turbo, up pipe, and HKS DP.

usually peak HP tapers off right before or at 6000 rpm.

pls post ur dyno graph. those numbers are incredible.

Agree, lets see that 270TQ.+ dyno graph!

16psi on the stocker :p

I'll post a pic of the dyno sheet by the end of this week for sure. I don't understand why this is so hard to believe. This was on 3rd gear. This dyno was done by XS engineering like I said. I'd say that these guys are as professional as they get. Sorry about lagging the picture. I'm not offended, really, that no one believes me. I found it hard to believe myself. I'll get the picture posted soon.

What HP are you getting at 3194RPM?

How many dyno runs? Were all the results consistent with the ones that you posted? What type/brand of dyno was used?

How do I add a picture in this?

Nice numbers.. the horsepower sounds accurate, but the torque is off I think. My dyno #s on the left are with similar mods but w/ stock upipe, stock ECU(no AFC). Have you ever taken your car to the track?

If ne1 wants a pic of the dyno, email me and i'll send u a copy because i don't know how to post a picture on this.

Yes they do number wise, just not as charted. They use different scales, one on the right side of chart other on left side of chart.

i think that 273lb/tq was a boost spike.
it only did it for that instance and then went down the 200-220lb/tq range then tapers off.

notice the HP/TQ spike at the same time also then the HP climbs towards redline.

i would recommend checking for boost leaks then redyno.

that is not my dyno sheet. that is the dyno sheet that titanwrx wanted me to post. i have no knowledge as to why the chart may look off, why the numbers are high or any other informations about the dyno chart. i am only the poster of the dynosheet for titanwrx. IT IS ALL HIS DYNOSHEEY NOT MINE. just wanted to clear all the confusion

Guys, look at the graph and read. As Larry (hotrod) already pointed out the numbers do cross as 5252, as they should, but different scales are used on each axis so it looks weird.

As for the crazy torque spike, I'm with stickman - either it was a boost spike, or a dyno reading glitch (which isn't unheard of).

Major boost spike with the MBC in place!http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/images/icons/icon13.gif
Were the numbers (torque) the same with the other runs?

TitanWRX

guys i didn't know a boost spike would do that. i really thought that i was getting that much power. they did tell me i had a leak in the blow off. they said that they tried to fix it but there still is a small leak. i am using the GFB blow off. i have it for about a year now. thinking about putting the stock back on or otherwise. what do u guys think? put another type of blowoff or stock? oh and by the way im using an ebc not manual.

TurboXS makes some awesome blow off valves. If you want LOTS of sound, go with the RFL, if you don't want the loudest blow off on the market, they have some quieter ones that will fit. A buddy gave me his old one (an RFL) with 35000 hard miles on it, and I have no leaking or sticking problems at all.

put ur old BOV back on then check for leaks.
re dyno.

It would probably should look more like this. So I would suspect you have something wrong in your setup, leak, bad wastegate, bad MBC, or solenoid. Make sure you check that soon, as that can not bee good for the car.

Oh by the way this is on a RS-T.

That RS-T is a monster! Nice numbers, great torque.

get rid of the gfb bov,
they are junk

mine leaked like a mofo and made the car run like crap

had a friend who had the same problem,

I think you'll feel a heep of power when you take it off

It probably won't look like that either. You're talking RS-T here.....a 25% increase in displacement does some wonders for torque. He is running a WRX.
