Hey guys, just got a new 03 wrx a couple of days ago and my buddy has had his 350z for a couple of months (broken in)...me on the other hand, have about 700 miles before I reach 1000! Who would you bet would win light to light when I do have my suby broken in right?? thanks

Oh yeah, and I have another buddy who thinks his stock IS300 would be a close race against me when mine is broken in that is.:lol:

if your racing from a light a stock WRX will take a 350Z, but on the interstate it will be a different story.

I have a friend with a 350Z track and I put about a car on him till over 100 mph and then he started to pull. all I have is exhaust.

Come up to altitude and you will embarass a 350z. N/A cars just die up here. Walked a brigght red 350 last Sunday by about 6 carlenghts 0-100. Then again we were at 8200ft alt. :D I could see his headlights in my rearview mirror. Gotta love boost.

Most of the magazines show only aroun 14.3 for a 6spd 350Z. That's pretty disappointing for a 2 seater, RWD, 6spd car that looks that mean. One mag reported a 13.95. I see WRX's with new exhaust alone do high 13's consistantly. The IS 300 is a laugh. He will be nowhere nearby.

Yeah, my friend (who owns the IS300) was talking to our buddy who owns the Z and he was telling him how his car was in a totally different class then mine....He said his car and mine would be more close performance wise! :lol: Yeah, I am searching for exhaust systems right now, not too sure what to go with...but I was just wondering how I would do stock vs stock.

Oh, I have one more friend who has a IS and he said I would kill him up until 60mph then he would pass me because the WRX has no top end. He also continued to say that 60-100mph his IS is even faster then the WRX?? Thanks for the comments!!

No way. I personally raced a IS300 from about a 60 mph roll. I had him passed by about 95-100 mph. I was bone stock and had 2 other passengers too, and he was by himself.
