My cousin has an 89 Crustang GT Convt. He swears he can beat a WRX. We had two experiences with the WRX. The first time we were on 95 north going to work when I saw a WR Blue WRX getting on the on ramp. I'll yelled "GO GET IT!!" He floored it to catch up to it. It was nice too, Exhaust, Rims, and I spotted the 3 gauge cluster instead of the clock. We got closer. WOW!! There was a chick driving it!! So he dropped 3rd and gassed it! She hung out. About a minute later, I seen her back in traffic, weaving her way through normally. So cuz decides to try it again. We pull up next to her, he drops into third doing about 60-65mph, RPM's up there, she looked over gave him the "yeah right face" dropped a gear it was on!!!!!!!!!............ So he thought, She pulled away like he was stopped!!! WOOOPP'D!! I LAUGHED!!!!!! :lol: But Last week made me a lil upset, when a Black WRX pulls up to the light. We were behind a van, the scooby had an open lane. We got behind him, and crused up to every light hoping it would change red! No luck! Next light we get, The WRX gets an open lane, we get behind him. He punched it at the light!! We followed!! My cuz got in the open lane next to him power shifting at like 6500 RPM (he's sick, it's stock) The WRX stayed in front until about 90, he started to creep past the WRX. I was like "NOOOOOOO" "NOT THE CRUSTANG" Then, get this, the next light, there's a 2002 Mustang GT. He's down for a race, but there goes crazy cuz again, driving like me, SMOKED the new GT, three lights in a row! Man what I would of gave to be driving that scooby! 4000 RPM take offs, and a 50 dollar boost controller, I'D SMOKE BOTH OF THEM FORDS!!! What am I saying!! I'd beat em in an auto WRX!!!! Well just a lil' bit of input for my WRX friends!! LOOKING FOR A WRX TO SHUT MY COUSIN UP!! DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND A WRX vs a 87-93 MUSTANG VIDEO???????
