Hey, I am just wondering what my car will run on the 1/4 mile with the following mods i have and will have within the next month:
Apexi GT-Spec Cat-Back
HKS Downpipe
Greddy Profec B Boost Controller
TurboXS UTEC

I have a BOV but I know theres no performance gain there...

It's next to impossible to know... it's about 75% driver and 25% performance...

I've seen stage 2 people doing worse than mid 13s on decent altitude and then I've seen people with ONLY MBCs do better than mid 13... (no, not only me :p )

But, with those mods, and with practice of course, low 13s is what I would expect.

Low 13's are definitely achievable with that set-up. I'd assume you have something like 290-300 crank HP, so that should be good for some nice times!

Just make sure you get a dual function MBC; ball & spring with bleeder valve or bleed hole or whatever.

TurboXS is a really beautiful MBC, and it works wonders. It's only downside is the price.

If you want something that looks like it came from a hardware store (and it probably did :) ) Get something like cheaper... I bought a Boostvalve.com MBC. 40$ and it's ALL good... (the price went up on their website... so it's 49 I think now)

I don't know anything about the Joe Ps but I'm guessing it's the same as a Dawes device of the likes...
