I put it in at 18mm and left it there for about a year and a half, changed it to 20mm a while after I put my STi Ver5 suspension in. It might've been the Kartboy shifter & bushings, but I think it was the swaybar. It was keyed, dented, and the turn signal lights on the front bumper were cracked as well as the windshield. Besides some of the other mods mentioned here, the one I'm most happy with was this: 3M heavy duty protective film on the headlights and those big, vulnerable fog lights.
