i saw it on here wen it use to be i club.
it shortened the turning radious like the rally car just not as much
any one know where to git it?

I was told you can use a RHD rack and flip it upside down. You would have to reroute the steering lines.

I thought about it and I don't think it would work. The flat gear would be on top so the wheels would turn opposite of the steering input. :(

Does it actually make the turning radius better or does it make it quicker lock to lock?

Yup, basically turning the steering wheel will turn the wheels more. So a lane change at high speed would require you to move the steering wheel, say a 1/4 inch instead of an inch and so on.
