ok heres a perfect time for you guys to flame someone but please help me before you do....i have a 01 rs with a dead headlight...so i went and got some new ones today...a bit brighter but not blinding.....went to install em...i cant get the damn electrical plug off the stock ones!!!! i pulled..i wiggled..nothing is working...now i have changes bulbs before in other cars and this one seems like cake work...am i missing something cuz it seems to me like unplug the plug...take off rubber boot...pull old bulb.. insert new one..ect ect and tada all done...so am i missing somethin or am i just that big of a dumbass???:confused: :D

did you read your owners manual?

IIRC squeeze the out side of the connector there are to tabs that have to be squeezd together, then you can pull off the connecter.

then remove the little wire retainer and take out the bulb.

yup i know about the tabs and im squeezin em...it starts to slide off but it keeps getting stuck

try pushing the connecter in while sqeezing the tabs, then pull it off.
