Read this thread for some ideas. It may not specifically say H4 but the bulbs being discussed are good in any head light.

There are many different applications for H4 bulbs. I got a
pair of no-name Xenon bulbs through a snowmobile/ATV
mail order place here in Canada. They come in many different
wattages. I have run 65/100 with no issues in a Honda, but
you have to be careful about melting your wiring harness.
I would have like to put the 85/100 Xenons in but didn't want
to play with the wiring. You can check out www.royaldistributing.com
for selection and prices (in canuck bucks!). Subjectively, the
Xenons are marginally better than standard halogens.

just save for hid h4's....you'll spend that much in the next few years buying so many burnt out "xenon" bulbs..i have and now i'm buying hid's..thanks tax man!
