I smashed my passenger side foglight and was wondering if using one from the WRX would work, I have a GC8. Thanks.

i think the only difference is the wire harness doesn't match up, but you can bypass the plugs. you can probably find hella 500 fog lights and brackets for the same price as a set of wrx foglights though

You can probably find a set of TWO Hella 500 lights for the price of ONE Subaru fog light used!

Maybe you have already replaced your foglights, but I was just at Advance Auto Parts and they had Hella 500's for $64 including everything.

I bought some Cibie Oscar driving lights (not the plus) with the deep bulb and 130W bulbs from MRT to replace my foglights. All fine and dandy and I was sure I was going to get a lot of light out of them. The problem was that it's is light years behind the stock foglight setup in terms of moisture protection and mounting.

There was no seal to speak of and the bracket was super flimsy. Compare the foglight housing and the aftermarket lights. Buyer beware!
