I have to give BIG thanks to Dan and Jeff at Godspeed/Tuning Factory. They went beyond the sale and provided very good technical support.

I've got to say thanks to Jeff at Godspeed. I got my Defi's and pod in less than a week (Texas). Everything was in stock. The pod looks awesome. The only way the sale could have been handled better would be for them to give me the gauges for free. This was my first, but not last, purchase from Godspeed.

Jeff /Dan you have found a good model for business. I love the Koyo Radiator (that sucker is 2 inches thick. The stocker is only a inch. And I have my assembled Mahle Pistons /Crower Sti Rods/ and ARP headstuds package I got from you guys.Man the shipping was 2nd to none. Here have a peek at it..

He answered my questions and will be shipping my clutch tomroow. im sure ill be dealing with him more in the future..

Quite possibly the best phone/internet order I've ever had. All the guys @ Godspeed were very easy to work with and I was very satisfied with my order. Very competitive with the pricing as well.

I ordered some Defi's, gauge pod, and control unit on Thurs 5/11. In 90 minutes not only did I have a tracking number, but UPS had already picked it up from Godspeed! Just had my order delivered about one hour ago, everything looks great (really like the painted pod).

Will definitely order from them again.

It was very easy to order over the phone from these guys. They had good pricing and I was told that they would have it on its way next day. Best of all they had the Defi BF Ambers in stock when a lot of vendors are flat out of them. Good, helpful easy to work with service. My favorite kind, thanks Jeff.

Great dealing with Jeff over the phone, minor issue with a boost gauge in stock, but told it would be in after the weekend. Great guy, real nice, knew who I was. First time in a while I haven't had to explain myself to 3 or 4 people at an online company before they knew who I was and what deal I was talking about... I am definitely going to buy from them again.. lowest price for DEFI Gauges on the WEB!!

Finally got all my stuff. Took a while, but it was all in good condition and well packed. Shipped quickly once he managed to get mine out as well. Whole is it in stock or isn't it was a bit frustrating, but I have them now and it was a good price so its a okay by me.

Yeah Jeff has been swamped.. it took 2 weeks to finally get my stuff after I ordered it. It's all good since I was in no hurry. I think he had to thin his staff because of absentee issues. Much love for Godspeed. Dan and Jeff both have been very helpfull. Pricing is sooo good it's worth the wait.

Ok, thus far this has been my worst internet transaction. I ordered an oil cooler, radiator, and thermastat 3 weeks ago from godspeed.

First off I was left on hold for at least 10 minutes which I can live with because maybe they were busy. I waited patiently, and received my radiator and thermostat. I called and was told that they were shipped in seperate packages, and that I would receive it the next day. 2 days passed and still no package, mind you I never once received a call from them, I iniated all of the calling. So I continue calling for a few days, and I am now told that the package was drop shipped to the wrong address. I am still patient and ask for another one to be shipped to me. I am then informed that they don't have any more in stock and they were frantically searching for one for me. I was told the only reason I was never called is because they were trying to find out what happened to my package, so instead of calling me and saying that they would rather have me call up there and get angry. We then discussed the front mount I had, and I was informed that it wouldn't fit in my grill, so basically the bracket that made this oil cooler kit for an 04/05 was uselsess so I say fine ship me whatever you have which was an 06 oil cooler kit. That was last Tuesday, here it is a week later and still no oil cooler and no call. I called on Friday to find out why it wasn't here, and I was asked in a shocked voice that I didn't receive it because they shipped it out a while ago.

When you spend close to 1000 dollars you expect some kind of custmer service but I guess "god" doesn't care. At any rate I would advise anyone considering them for products to search elsewhere. I still yet to receive a call explaining anything that makes sense besides it getting lost in the mail twice.

did you not read the above post by me? You are not the only one that places orders from Godspeed. I am sure they have their fair share of shipping issues.Look Jeff is short handed so he doesn't have time to keep up with everyone. I am sure your's is the one that fell between the cracks. it happens. lighten up I'm sure Jeff will make it right for you. He's a top notch Vendor. Ive spent well over $3000 with Jeff and Dan in the last 8 months. and believe it or not I have also been promissed stuff and not gotten it because Jeff lost track 1 time.him not calling ... HAHAHAHAH do his job for just one day see if you got time to make calls to everyone.

These guys are just humans.

Greysave.......I apologize for the issue you have been having with Dan. Dan is getting out of sales as much as possible because he is so busy tuning and doing the day to day stuff that he can't handle sales.

On our defense though....I personally myself ordered the first Oil cooler for you and our supplier which is also a vendor on this forum stated that the oil cooler was there last one they had on display and would ship it out ASAP and 3 days later I go to get a tracking # and they tell me at that point the one i was getting was sold out from under me, but they have some more they can ship so we tell them to ship that. Then we find out it will not fit your vehicle....no problem just have to either modify or make a new bracket....so they say they will ship it out.....then call 4 days after that and find out that they never shipped the thing because "they forgot". So now that one is on the way.

I will be calling you to take care of this ASAP.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I guess I'm the exception to the rule, but I have had a Horrible experience with Godspeed Inc out of Novi, MI. There are tons of places out there that offer services equal to Godspeed Inc. The big difference is how they treat you after there is a problem. I don't know about the others but I can personally tell you that Godspeed does not step up to the plate.

Here's my story. I'll try to be brief.

On 8/31 sw Godspeed and said I wanted to get a new turbo for a tune 7 days later (9/7). The guy at Godspeed said if I paid right away, he would ship that day. I paid and even threw in an extra $10.00 for shipping that same day ($50.00 for shipping total). This all happened before noon.

On 9/1 I emailed requesting confirmation that the package was en route and was told, 'Done deal.'

On 9/5 I emailed again and got a tracking #. The item had been overnighted on 9/5 (right after my email) to arrive on 9/6. Fedex then has a problem with the package and shipping is delayed a day so I don't get the turbo until approx 3 pm 9/7 (hopefully).

Because of this I lose a $103.00 deposit for the tune, plus the shop I had booked to install the turbo with some injectors wants $50.00 because they set aside five hours to work on my car prior to the tune and I had to back out.

Godspeed has the gaul to tell me they did me a favor by shipping overnight the day before I had to have the turbo. They were just trying to fix their screwup, broken promise, lies, whatever. When I mentioned the money I had lost, I was offered an oil feed line for my new turbo at a "discounted price". Even though I paid more than most people pay for the new turbo to get it right away, there was no oil line. Then they try to say that if they had sent the item on Friday, 8/31, as initially promised, it still wouldn't have gotten to me until 9/7 anyway because 9/3 was a holiday. The box was 17lbs. They could have gotten it to me in 2-3 business days for half the price I paid.

In short, Godspeed provides a service many other places provide equally or better. If you use them, PRAY you never have a problem because they will not only refuse to take responsibility, but they will try to make it sound as if YOU are somehow responsible.

Oh yeah, one more thing. If you have read this far into this post, here's a nice little bit for you. Since Godspeed essentially cost me $150.00, I am going to put up another $150.00 toward letting as many people as possible know that they suck when it comes to customer service. Tell ten people about this situation and not to use Godspeed and I will PayPal you $5.00. We're going on the honor system here. It's easy money. Just send an email to ten friends with a link to this thread and tell them to look at post 279. Then IM me with your PayPal address and I will send the money. I'm willing to spend up to $150.00 but it may go soon. Hurry up and spread the word.

Godspeed = unconscionable
