I have a two pod setup on my a-pillar with autometer gauges. The boost gauge keeps sliding out like a quarter inch though. I tried using electrical tape to fatten it up a bit, but it heats up and moves when the lights are on :( anyone have something else that works?

I had the same problems with the pod also here is what I did:
I took the C bracket that goes on the back of the gauge and cut off one side so it would fit on the gauge. Then I just used the nuts that came with the gauge to screw it on. That will hold it fine. When you are done cutting the C bracket it will look like an L. Hope that helps.

Autometer gauges generally come with a rubber ring around them- if you put the gauge in the cup and push the rubber ring on all the way from behind, it shouldn't pop out :).

cut a bike tire tube and slide it over the gauge. worked for me.

I used a hot glue gun and dabbed (ok I GLOPPED) some hot glue and has worked perfectly since.
removal of the glue isn't that hard, which i have to do now due to upgrading my gauges...

don't forget, zip ties work the best.
