I have the Subaru alarm with a HKS Type 0 Turbo timer.

I bought the car used and it already had the TT installed. That was last feb. I've had no probs with the car or the TT.

Thurs evening I had my CEL cleared at a weekly scooby meet using a laptop and ODB's program. Then thurs night when I got home, I left the parking lights and the foglights on when I shut the car off (i do this occasionally, not always.) As soon as the timer went to 0, the alarm went off and the car kept running. So I disarmed and armed the system to get the alarm to shut off and to lock the doors, and then the TT shut the car off a few seconds after.

This happened again the next time I left the lights on with the TT. So I tried it again, this time turning the lights off, and no alarm, the car just shut off after the countdown.

Does this have something to do with clearing the CEL on thurs night? I only bring it up because this NEVER happened before to me.

Any ideas on what to do?

Please help. . .I know that shuting the lights off fix this, but the point is that I used to be able to leave them on no problem. . .
