CEL flashes, then car hesitates, then starts to pull again.

Looks like no knock, so why the CEL? Too much fuel?

Well... First of all your hitting 92% duty on your injectors which isn't to good. The flash and hesitation could be a misfire, but I'm not 100% on that.

Try pulling 1 degree of timing in the knock areas. Of course, calling TurboXS is a good idea too.

Your AFR is all over the place because it changes when you back off the gas, all you need to do is look at the TPS position in the log to see when you’ve backed off the gas.

You do have 2 knock events in the second log that you'll need to tune out though.

Try pulling 1 degree from 3000-5000rpms at 80% load.
Then pull 2 degrees from 3000 to redline at 90% load.
Then pull 3 degrees from 3000-redline at 100% load.

You should never see 100% load on a stage 1 or 2 car, but the extra safety of the 3 degrees being pulled from that load range will give you some margin for error.

Yeah, I just noticed that, so that's normal, kinda' freaked late last night.

What about the "rich" reading, is that normal? I would think that I it should be a number in the low teens.

Also, should I be worried about the injector duty cycle numbers?

The rich reading should not really be trusted as you are trying to tune the car to an air/fuel ratio where the factory o2 sensor is not accurate. There is no substitute for a real WBo2 sensor.

Injector duty cycle is a fact of life on the stock injectors. Should you be worried? You don't have full control of your injectors at that duty cycle, but you are likely plenty rich to not have to worry about it that much.

Putting an uppipe in this weekend, so I'll just make the slight changes you mentioned, take it easy until after the install, and then perform some more runs.

Also, calibrating your TPS wouldn't be a bad thing. (UTEC User Manual, Appendix A)

A little off track here... but is there any really good A/F gauge? I'm using an autometer and it says I'm running lean when I turn my light on and jumps into the red when my music is on. Looks like volatge spikes, but maybe that's not the gauge hmmm...

That's one of the cheaper ways to get into a true wideband. Anything that taps into a standard O2 sensor is nearly worthless as soon as you get outside of stoichiometric range (14.7:1)
