I need a new clutch!!!!! I have a stage 2 clutch master.......AND IT SUCKS!!!!! I'm only running 6-8 psi and it slips, but its fairly old. It was still on the car from when it was n/a. I think i'm going to get a act street clutch. Any ideas on how this clutch will hold up? I also probably need to mention that after the august import challange at bandi i'm going to change the motor and push 15-18psi and it would be nice to have a clutch that will hold 350hp at least for a little while!!!! Any info on clutch holding power would be very cool!!!!!!THX a MILL:D

ACT's have been a proven setup for DSM's for years. I cant see why that success wouldnt hold true for a WRX. Give them a shot. I'm sure you'll be impressed. I have been very happy with my ACT clutches. No direct experience with their products and a WRX though.

He dosent have a WRX :) I agree with justdsm, give the ACT a shot.

When I do my clutch within the next month, I'll be going with the ACT Clutch and an Exedy 9 or 13 lb flywheel.

I'll probably go with the act clutch, sounds like they hold up fairly well. Anyone know of a good place to buy? I'm located in Golden and dont mind driving around town, but if I can get a smokin deal from a vendor I will probably buy from them;) !!! Any ideas? And once again thx a mill for any info!!!!!:D

Legacy Turbo has mad torque, and is heavy. Haven't had problems yet.

you prolly can;t go wrong with excedy or act.

I smoked both an ACT and an Exedy with my RS-T, so Bret will need something stronger.

But for 360hp or less, either is a good choice.

I believe the Cobb clutch that I sell is an ACT, and the ones Bret sells are Exedy? I have a half exedy/half PDM clutch now, and it held at 17.5 psi in third at 375hp...
